Proof before production
For all DIY custom products, we prepare a digital proof/mockup after reviewing your size, content, artwork, and quantity. Production starts only after you confirm the proof.
File upload support
Uploads are not limited to Word files. You can send images, PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AI, EPS, PSD, or ZIP files. Use ZIP when you need to send multiple design files together.
Production and delivery time
Custom production and delivery usually takes about 20 days. The standard quoted window is 15-30 days depending on artwork confirmation, size, quantity, material, finishing, and destination.
Shipping quote
Shipping is quoted separately because custom sign dimensions, thickness, hardware, packaging, weight, order quantity, and delivery country can change the shipping method and cost.
